 AcceleDex - SE Plus Barcode Recognition: High Speed recognition of 17 different barcode standards (limited to 2 barcodes per document, horizontal and upside-down). Capable of automatically detecting 10 barcode standards. Additional licensing is required for this feature.
The underlying technology which provides the barcode recognition support featured in AcceleDex is called ClearImage and is developed and owned by Inlite Research, Inc. In order for AcceleDex to use this technology, additional licensing from Inlite Research is
required.
Leaving this process to the end user directly translates into a significant savings for the customer. Since there is no markup on the Barcode1DBasic ClearImage product license to compensate for the additional administrative and technical requirements for providing the end user with the proper licensing, AcceleDex users benefit by paying the same price for their run-time license as any other developer.
We have made it as convenient as possible to install the evaluation license for the ClearImage product during the installation process. AcceleDex user's who choose to purchase the full Barcode1DBasic product license may conveniently do so through the Clear Image Licensing Manager provided with the AcceleDex installation. The Licensing Manager may be accessed from the Start menu in Windows, or from the Help menu in AcceleDex. The Barcode1DBasic evaluation license is valid for a period of 60 days
beyond initial installation.
Simple steps have been clearly written in section 1.1 of the User's Manual on how to install the Barcode1DBasic evaluation license, as well as how to purchase a full run-time license.In the future, upon release of AcceleDex - Standard Edition Plus, the Barcode1DBasic licensing requirements will be handled by Foxar Developments. Therefore, the retail price of AcceleDex # SE+ will reflect the additional administrative and technical requirements for providing the end user with the proper licensing. However, AcceleDex # Standard Edition will continue to leave the additional licensing requirements to the end user.
AcceleDex - SE Plus Compatible Image Types: B&W or Color .BMP, .JPG, and single page .TIF files.
AcceleDex - SE Plus Data Validation: Validate data read into selected fields employing user defined data mask. Ensure that the data being posted to the database matches the data format you expect.
Batch Import with Repost Prevention: Insert a CD-ROM containing your important images and let AcceleDex - SE Plus import and post only new images to the database. Or, using a local scanner, scan new documents to a folder on your hard drive and import/post from there.
AcceleDex - SE Plus Manual Processing: Manually input data for unreadable or failed documents, or documents which don't contain barcodes.
AcceleDex - SE Plus Purge Bin: Maintain the size of your database with the Purge Bin feature. Purge old or obsolete documents based on specific criteria. Restore previously purged records and associated images, or permanently delete them.
Multiple User Accounts: Build multiple user accounts and set permissions for each. Limit access to certain features and settings of your valuable database to certain trusted users. All Posted/Purged records are posted with the user's login name. Keep track of user productivity while AcceleDex - Standard Edition records the number Posts/Purges/Queries for each user.
Simple Image Manipulation Features: Rotate image (90 or 180 degrees), Flip Horizontal and Vertical, Invert Colors, Print, and Save image.
Easy to use Backup / Restore: Backup or Restore data Folders with ease.
