RemoteShutdown is a WindowsNT/2000 Administrator's utility that allows you to shutdown multiple remote workstations (if you have sufficient privileges). You can specify whether the user is notified with an optional message and delay, or shutdown without warning. You can also specify an unconditional forced shutdown.
