5 stars (Great Way to Study the Scriptures) - I am on Genesis 20 studying my way through this Inductive Bible. I am seeing new insights in every chapter. God is really using this Bible to grow me in the Lord. I wish I could join the Bible Study at Church that is based on this Bible, but for now I'm thankful for the resource. This Bible is for Serious Study. It is not a "light" study. 5 stars (Absolutely wondeful bible for all to use) - I have never been one to just sit and read the Word. I have purchased MANY bibles in the past and none of them seemed to fit. Are you like me? Have you purchased upwards of 10 bibles in hopes one of them will light your fire to understand the Word of God? If so, this bible might just be your answer; it was mine. This bible is fantastic. I love actually being able to mark in it. I love being taught what to mark, when to mark and how to mark. I love being able to see the difference for myself and not have everything explained to me. As a testament to how great this bible is, I was up at 7 a.m this morning and did not finish reading/working this bible until almost 8:30 a.m. That has never happened. And let me tell you something, the time flew by! If you have been searching for that perfect fit bible, give this one a read. It was the answer to my prayers. 1 stars (Displeased) - As you may notice, I purchased on 6/16. I heard nothing until 7/14 when I was notified that the item had been shipped and that I could expect delivery by 8/19. I didn't know pony express was still making the deliveries! What gives with your customer service? ... 5 stars (This is What You've Been Looking For!) - I just completed reading this book and I can't get enough! If you are ready to roll up your sleves and study the truth of God's Word this is for you. It gives you pratical and sound skills for digging deep into the vast riches of God's word. I have studied for years but this is a systematic approach to Bible study and it allows you to first search out the scriptures for themsselves and then refer to other resources such as comentaries and word study guides as a source of enrichment rather than a foundation to you understanding and interpretation. 4 stars (Linda's comments) - I would just like to say that this book was recommended to me by a friend. After purchasing this book and reading its content, it has blessed my heart, mind, body and soul. I am understanding more of the parts of the bible and getting a better comprehensive outlook of God's Word. It is making the bible more comfortable for me to read. It is equipping me to be a better bible reader and interpreter. It's great!!!! 5 stars (Roll up your sleeves and dig into the Word!!) - I purchased this book because it was required reading for one of my Bible School courses. Prior to picking up this book, I never gave much thought to my approach to Bible study. Actually, I really didn't have much of a systematic approach. I mainly relied on study guides as my companion to Bible reading. All that changed after coming across this book. After being exposed to the inductive method of digging, questioning, color coding, linking key words and phrases and summarizing paragraph and chapter themes, I don't think that I can ever go back to my old approach to Bible study. Now, when I come across a passage, my inquisitive mind turns on and I "go to digging" for the meaning of the passage in context with the entire theme(s) of that book as well as the Bible as a whole. In addition to this obviously highly recommended book, I would like to suggest another one of Kay A...
